The current promotion gives you a choice: double points or double status credits on eligible Qantas flights. If elite status is your goal, double status credits is almost always the smarter pick. Points are useful, but status credits are what actually move you up the tiers.
How it Works
Register for the promotion, then book and fly on Qantas flights operated by Qantas aircraft. That includes some leased Finnair aircraft but excludes Jetstar entirely. Travel between 3 March 2026 and 12 February 2027 and you will earn twice the status credits you would normally receive.
Why it Matters
