If you sail across Royal Caribbean’s brands, this update is worth paying attention to.

What Has Changed

From sailings departing 30 January 2026, you still earn points based on your cabin type and nights sailed. But now you have a choice of where those points land.

You can keep them with the brand you sailed, or transfer them across to Crown and Anchor (Royal Caribbean), Celebrity’s Captain’s Club, or Silversea’s Venetian Society.

Why This Is a Big Deal

The ability to consolidate points across brands opens up a genuine strategy for climbing status faster. Sail a balcony cabin for 7 nights on Royal Caribbean and earn 7 Crown and Anchor points, or convert those same nights into 21 Captain’s Club points instead, accelerating your Celebrity status without ever setting foot on one of their ships.

You have until 14 days after your cruise to decide, so there is no pressure to commit on board.

The Choice is Yours

Spread your points across brands or funnel everything into one program to hit status faster. The right answer depends on which brand you sail most and where the best loyalty benefits sit for you.
